Janice Guy. Following a degree in Finance and Statistics and a brief near death experience as an Accountant, she gained professional qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and is now a Chartered Marketer. Over 30 years experience in the Market Research Industry, exclusively on the supply side, typically working on projects that combine both qualitative and quantitative techniques. This work has been largely in Transport, Tourism and Leisure, Retail, Communications and Not for Profit. She set up Jungle Green in 2000. Janice is a full member of the MRS.
She also conducts educational seminars, talks and workshops for various educational establishments and professional organisations. She is also a Mentor for the MRS.
When not at work you’ll find her playing tennis or doing cryptic crosswords.
Julie Ford has been involved with the development of Jungle Green from the very beginning, efficiently data processing and expertly coding many thousands of interviews, running all of our online surveys, organising all of our fieldwork and developing the website. Julie has an invaluable technical knowledge, she has a knack of knowing exactly what we need in advance of being asked and is an absolute pleasure to work with. Taurus Research
When not at work you’ll find her at the gym, walking the dog, or organising charity events.
Mel Poulton. Mel has over 30 years market research experience covering all aspects of managing consumer and business to business research projects. Mel is a mystery shopping mastermind. She has submitted a number of seminal papers at MRS conferences and has managed Market Research Analysis courses on behalf of the Market Research Society.
When not at work you’ll mainly find her with sleeves rolled up and a paint brush in hand or at the cinema.
Emma Grove-White. After a first degree in Politics and Sociology Emma Grove-White then went on to gain a masters in Marketing. She has 20 years experience in the Market Research Industry, gained on both the supply and client side. Emma and Janice have worked together for many years. This work has been largely in Transport, Telecomms, the Public sector, Retail, and Financial / Insurance sectors.

When not at work, time is spent running the children to their after school activities, along with the occasional 5 km run around the Downs and a good book.
Abby Jones. Abby is a professional and highly respected qualitative researcher with a track record of twenty three years’ experience. She is a specialist in child, teen and family research and works at a senior level with other industry specialists advising government on child and family policy.
She has a first class honours degree in marketing and started her career at Saatchi and Saatchi. She has since worked at international research agency RDSi, C&E Advisory and Sherbert for clients such as Lego, WHSmith, Ribena, Macmillan Cancer Support, Cancer Research UK and NSPCC. A number of reports she wrote for the Department of Children, Schools and Families and Ofcom were published.
Abby launched People Tree Research in 2010, with the aim of delivering research insights which make a positive difference to people and the environment. Janice and Abby have worked together on many People Tree projects including Historic Royal Palaces, Macmillan Cancer Support and Imperial War Museum.
Abby and Janice recently worked together on the Jungle Green Gender Pay Gap project for CIPR.
When not at work you’ll find her on Brighton beach with the kids and she has recently been appointed Parent Governor at her daughter’s school.
Gerry Gibbs. Gerry has spent the last 25 years conducting research in a wide range of industries covering both consumer and business to business research audiences in the UK and internationally. He has been working with Jungle Green since 2003.
He is a highly experienced qualitative moderator who regularly interviews a wide range of respondents from Senior Executives, in a business environment, about supplier performance to Mums and their children about many topics including: food, drink, sleep and living with allergies.
Specialising in NPD (New Product Development) research he works closely with product designers and marketing executives to help develop better products and services.
Gerry holds an MA in Export Marketing and Management and is a member of the MRS.
He knows that you are not the least bit interested in what we do in our own time!
